Ankara brought together the most dynamic actors of the mother, baby, and child sector under the roof of the 2nd Mother and Child Needs Fair, KIDS 2016. ANFA Altınpark Fair Center transformed into a giant marketplace responding to the common needs of parents and children with this colorful organization held between February 18–21. Setting out with the aim of being the meeting point of the sector in the capital, the fair hosted a wide range of visitors by bringing together service providers and families in need of service.
From the First Step to Motherhood to Happy Babies
The organization, where a wide range of products appealing to the 0-18 age group was exhibited, served as a guide especially for expectant mothers and new mothers. Care products, textile materials, and baby equipment needed in the process extending from pregnancy to post-birth formed the main backbone of the fair. Visitors had the opportunity to examine the equipment necessary for their babies’ development on-site and get information from experts.
Youth Vision from Education to Career Planning
KIDS 2016 displayed an integrated approach covering not only baby products but also school age and youth periods. Educational activities and materials supporting mental and physical development came to the fore for school-age children. One of the most striking aspects of the fair was the professional consultancy services offered to high school students. Private teaching institutions, universities, and study abroad agencies played a guiding role for young people planning their careers in drawing their future visions.
