Foundations of Modern Life Laid in the Capital: REAL ESTATE ’17

The construction and real estate sector, accepted as the locomotive of the economy, demonstrated its power and vision with a comprehensive organization held in Ankara. The 1st Construction, Real Estate, and Property Fair (REAL ESTATE ’17), held at Ankara Altınpark Expo Center between March 16-19, 2017, showcased the giant projects of the sector and modern lifestyles. Designed to meet the housing demand created by rapid population growth and the wave of migration to big cities, the fair brought together producers and potential investors under a common roof.

Locomotive of the Economy and Urban Transformation

The fair proved once again that the real estate sector is not just about constructing buildings but a massive economic engine feeding many sub-sectors from tourism to employment. The housing demand, developing in parallel with the increasing urbanization need especially in big cities, was one of the main focus points of the fair. Strategic solutions for the housing need created by urban transformation projects and the migration factor were discussed in the organization. Visitors had the opportunity to examine projects promising a complete life with social facilities, not just four walls.

Building Technologies and Modern Housing Projects

REAL ESTATE ’17 revealed the technological infrastructure of the building industry as well as residential and commercial real estate. A wide range of products, from construction materials to installation systems, natural gas technologies to insulation solutions, was presented to professionals. Giant projects reflecting the requirements of modern architecture were introduced with models and virtual presentations set up in the fair area. This meeting, held with the participation of the leading companies of the sector, concluded as an important platform embodying Ankara’s potential in the real estate market and its future vision.
